Western Chapter

Western University, located in London, Ontario, is one of Canada’s foremost research-intensive institutions and a proud member of the U15 Group of Canadian Research Universities. Western offers exceptional academic and research programs through its twelve faculties, including the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, which together foster innovation, health advancement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Western University Chapter of the Youth Council for Breast Health (YCBH) is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting breast health awareness, advancing health education, and fostering advocacy among university students and young adults. Through campus-wide outreach, educational initiatives, and collaboration with faculty mentors and healthcare professionals, the chapter seeks to empower the next generation of health advocates and contribute to the ongoing dialogue surrounding early detection and cancer prevention.
